Robby has been a professional recording and performing artist for two decades. He started as a mere youngster growing up along the southern coast in a small town called Moss Point, MS. But with stars and dreams in his heart, Robby quickly moved out to Los Angeles as a teenager to pursue his musical career.
After a few months, Robby astoundingly emerged on the Hollywood Metal Scene. He landed his first gig with BG Records artists, Toy Roz. Robby and boys toured nationally in support of the album efforts and made their mark on the legacy that was the Sunset Strip. This was only the beginning for Robby. Over the next several years, Robby laid bass tracks for many other projects and albums ranging the musical spectrum of rock to gospel. Along the way, he had the pleasure to work with notable producers such as Garth Richardson(Rage Against The Machine), David Z(Prince), Rich Mouser(Weezer), John Pele, and even Gene Simmons of KISS to name a few. He was also a member of other recording groups such as Dead, White & Blue (MCA), and Life, Sex & Death, also know as LSD (Warner Brothers).
Over the past 10 years Robby has been a touring and/or recording bass player for several Nashville artists as well. Paul Brandt, Halfway To Hazard, Keith Anderson, Kip Moore and Brett Eldredge and one of the most successful bands in country music, Lonestar. Robby has also been producing artist since relocating to Nashville. He has produced records on Jason Meadows(Nashville Star), female country group Mustang Sally(GMG/Universal), United We Stand Vol. 1(compilation benefiting Wounded Warriors featuring Tim McGraw and Big & Rich) and most recently Megan Rüger from season 6 of The Voice, 16 year old pop/urban artist Shyanne and rising country star Robbie Boothe.
